Hey guys! 👋 Its been on a wild ride over the last 3.5 years and I thought I would share my journey🌟


🏋️‍♂️ From a gruelling 121.5kg (yikes) in Aug 2020, crushing 90 mins of high-intensity cardio daily (getting nowhere) and navigating the Covid era with a few too many drinks, I decided it was time for a change. 💪


Fast forward to Aug 2021, I tipped the scales at 88kg. I swapped my drink for dumbbells, embraced heavy resistance training, and clocked in a whopping 30k steps daily (way overdoing it) Sobriety became my new best friend.


🚫🍻 🥩 Come Jan 2024, at a solid 92kg, I fine-tuned my routine, focusing on 20k steps, heavy resistance training and boosting my protein intake, all while keeping alcohol in the rearview mirror for 3.5 years. Doing this naturally at 45? Challenging, but far from impossible. 💥 This journey has been raw, real and certainly incremental, but here's the kicker – if I can do it, so can you!
